Community Garden Project

Create a community garden to promote local food production and encourage community engagement.

Select a suitable location and plan the garden layout. Secure funding through donations or sponsorships. Prepare the land with raised garden  beds or pots, and install irrigation. Organise planting days with community involvement, such as schools, nursing homes etc, providing seeds and tools. Set up a maintenance schedule and offer gardening workshops.

A community garden fosters a sense of community, provides fresh produce, and promotes sustainable living. It utilises local space productively and encourages healthy habits.
