A Community Christmas.

Christmas is a time for family, joy and generosity.

Our Gift Giving service is without question our church’s favourite event every year! In 2021 we have partnered with The Bible Society, St Vincent De Pauls, Gunawirra, and local youth and domestic violence refuges, to provide hundreds of gifts and support for those needing a little extra at Christmas. Over the last nine years, we’ve given thousands of beautiful gifts to children who would otherwise not receive anything at this special time of year.

During our Gift Giving service, our congregation brings generous gifts for children and teenagers, which are laid under our huge Christmas tree. These gifts are distributed through local partnerships and organisations to those who need them most. For our online community, we also provide the opportunity to give a gift via our online gift store.

Every year, our Carols in the Shire event gives us the opportunity to welcome our community into our facilities for a night of family fun and heart-warming carols. The Horizon Band and guest artists never fail to delight! With the Christmas Festival before the show, photos with Santa and activities for the kids, this annual event has become a season highlight for our broader community. Each year this event is a wonderful opportunity to engage local dance schools and performers to participate in the event.
